Responsibilities

• Meet new people and inspect properties
• Identify pest issues and conditions
• Clearly explain findings to customers

Requirements

• Energetic, personable, and goal-driven
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous sales experience
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Industry licensure in accordance with state regulations preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• The ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including some weekends
• Physical ability for extended driving and walking during inspections
• A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service
