Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Perform drywall repairs, minor carpentry touch-ups, and surface prep
- Protect furniture, floors, and job sites before and during work
- Ensure clean lines, smooth finishes, and consistent quality
- Follow job specifications, timelines, and safety procedures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management
Requirements
- Prior painting experience preferred (residential or commercial)
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, coachable, and dependable
