Residential Nurse - Kennesaw Evening Shifts
About the role
Seeking an LPN or RN to work at our residential adolescent and young adult program in Kennesaw, GA. Schedules available: FT Evenings 2:30-11PM. Starting Pay is $28/hr, LPN & $35/RN + additional $$ with years of experience in nursing!
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care nursing
- Administer medications
- Provide medical treatments
- Complete admissions
- Engage with the youth served and their families/guardians
Requirements
- Completion of accredited LPN OR RN program and current Georgia Nursing License required.
- Six months to one (1) year of Nursing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in psychiatric nursing with children or adolescents is a plus.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
- Weekend availability and holidays required.
- Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Completion of accredited LPN OR RN program and current Georgia Nursing License required.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and satisfactory drug screen and background check results.
- Weekend availability and holidays required.
- Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
