Residential Nurse - Hampton
About the role
The role requires a dedicated Nurse (RN or LPN) to work Full-Time Second Shift at our residential adolescent group home program in Hampton, GA. Starting Pay is $28/hr for LPN and $35/hr for RN, with additional pay for years of experience in nursing. The Shift Differential is an extra $3/hr on Nights/Weekends. The schedule is Second shift (2:30p-11p) with an every other weekend rotation.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care nursing
- Administer medications
- Provide medical treatments
- Complete admissions
- Engage with the youth served and their families/guardians
Qualifications
- Completion of accredited LPN OR RN program and current Georgia Nursing License required
- Six months to one (1) year of Nursing experience is highly preferred
- Experience in psychiatric nursing with children or adolescents is a plus
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results
- Overnight availability, 6:30p-7am, every other weekend (Sat/Sunday) availability and holidays required
- Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily
