About the role

A Residential Roofing Sales Representative is needed for a growing Denver Metro area roofing contractor. The ideal candidate will have previous outside sales or door-to-door sales experience, though roofing experience is not required. This role involves door-to-door canvassing, building relationships with homeowners, and generating new roofing opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Possessing previous outside sales or door-to-door sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Candidates from pest control, solar, home security, windows, siding, telecommunications, or other high-performance direct sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and engaging homeowners face-to-face.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and self-disciplined.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Prospecting neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing and community outreach.
  • Building relationships with homeowners and generating new roofing opportunities.
  • Inspect roofs, identify storm damage, and educate homeowners on the claims or replacement process.
  • Following up on leads and managing your sales pipeline from first contact through signed contract.
  • Working closely with production and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Generating referrals and building a strong local reputation within your territory.
