Schedule
- Sunday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Friday–Tuesday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Monitor resident care in compliance with standards of ethics and confidentiality
- Supervise residents in observance of house rules, policies, and procedures of Volunteers of America Texas treatment programs
- Ensure a physically and emotionally safe environment for all residents, set appropriate boundaries, and adhere to all programmatic schedules, policies, and procedures
- Complete shift notes and required documentation related to client care, and communicate relevant activity to incoming shift staff
- Demonstrate and coach the development of skills identified as goals in the treatment plan
- Transport residents to meetings, appointments, and other approved transports
- Assist in planning, implementing, and supervising resident activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a residential setting is preferred
- Valid Texas Driver License, clear MVR, and ability to be insured
No experience necessary – will train.
