ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meets the direct service (face to face contact) expectation as determined by the annual goals.
- Oversees site scheduling as necessary and monitors clients.
- Acts as a team leader.
- Performs other duties, as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY
- Employee must be 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2 years of experience.
- Associate degree with 3 years of experience, and a High School diploma required with 4 years of experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Driver’s license valid in the state of New Jersey plus three-year driving history and a driving record in good standing.
PAY
- $24.27 to $26.31 based on experience and education.
