Responsibilities
Perform a variety of residential maintenance tasks including but not limited to:
- Fixing plumbing issues
- Maintaining HVAC systems
- Cleaning and repairing electrical systems
- Handling general repairs around the house
Requirements
Must have:
- Experience in residential maintenance
- Own tools and transportation
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
