Role Overview

The candidate will join the acquisition and renovation team at SFR3, a boutique real estate investment fund focused on acquiring and rehabilitating distressed single-family homes across multiple markets. The role involves working closely with a dynamic team to execute on the fund's mission of transforming thousands of homes into affordable rental properties.

What You'll Do

• Manage the acquisition process for distressed single-family homes
• Oversee the renovation and rehabilitation of acquired properties using software-driven operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, engineering, and marketing
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Knowledge of local and state real estate laws and regulations
• Ability to travel up to 20% for property visits and meetings
