We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraphs about Eskaton, mission, etc. Then "We Invest in You" with benefits bullet list. Then "Our DNA (Core Values)" with values list. Then "Essential Job Functions" list of duties. Then "Other Job Functions" list. Then "Qualifications" with subparts: Education, Training And Experience, Knowledge And Abilities, Working Conditions And Physical Requirements. Also "Starting pay ranges from $27.90 per hour - $39.03 per hour." That's pay info, so we need a Pay section. Also schedule? Not mentioned. Benefits? Already covered in "We Invest in You" bullet list includes Financial Security, Total Wellbeing, A Place Where You Belong. That's benefits. So we can have Benefits section with those bullet points. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep all substantive info. We need headings: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should decide which sections to include based on content. We have: About the role (intro). Could be "About the role" heading. Then maybe "Responsibilities" (Essential Job Functions + Other Job Functions). Could combine? But we can have separate sections: Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) and Other Job Functions maybe as part of responsibilities. But we can keep as Responsibilities and maybe "Additional Responsibilities". However guidelines: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Essential and Other into one Responsibilities section. But we need to preserve all info; we can list all duties under Responsibilities. Qualifications section: include Education, Training And Experience, Knowledge And Abilities, Working Conditions And Physical Requirements. Benefits section: from "We Invest in You" bullet list. Pay section: Starting pay range. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. Skills: maybe not separate; could be part of Qualifications. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section we have actual range, so include. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content. Intro paragraphs: "Make a Real Difference, Every Single Day As a nonprofit leader in aging, Eskaton helps people live well, longer — with trusted guidance at every stage. We believe aging should be a vibrant, supported, and celebrated journey, not an experience to face alone. For over 55 years, Eskaton has been a cornerstone of Northern California, growing a network of 23 communities dedicated to older adults and the people who care for them. When you join us, you're not just starting a job. You're stepping into a career where your work creates a real impact on people's daily lives and strengthening the communities we call home." That's about the role/mission. Next: "We Invest in You (Because You Invest in Others) We know that to take great care of our residents, we must take great care of you. We are genuinely committed to your health, your happiness, and your future. That’s why we offer: Financial Security: Competitive pay and a 401K matching program to help you plan for your own future. Total Wellbeing: Comprehensive benefits that support your physical and mental health. A Place Where You Belong: We celebrate diversity and equity across the entire aging spectrum, ensuring every team member feels seen and valued." That's benefits. Next: "Our DNA (Core Values) We’re looking for people who align with our mission and want to grow with us: Welcoming: You’re a natural at creating warmth and a sense of belonging for everyone you meet. Bring (Y)our Best: You take pride in your work and strive for excellence in the "little things" and the "big things" alike. Empowerment: You don't wait for permission to do the right thing. You step up, take ownership, and lead with initiative. Growth: You’re a lifelong learner who seeks consistent improvement and sustainable growth." That's core values; could be part of About the role or separate section "Values". But we have no heading for values in allowed list; but we could include as part of About the role or maybe as "Skills"? Not exactly. Could include as part of About the role. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include under About the role as a paragraph. Next: "Essential Job Functions" list of many duties. Then "Other Job Functions" list. Then "Qualifications" with subheadings: Education, Training And Experience, Knowledge And Abilities, Working Conditions And Physical Requirements. Then "Starting pay ranges from $27.90 per hour - $39.03 per hour. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay." Then Working Conditions And Physical Requirements already included under Qualifications. We also have "Working Conditions And Physical Requirements" repeated later with details about sedentary, light, medium, heavy work, and patient care note. Then "The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment." That's also part of Qualifications/Requirements. We need to decide where to put that. It's a requirement; could be under Qualifications as a bullet. We must not include EEO boilerplate. Now construct HTML. We'll have:

We should not include Schedule. Check for duplicated lines: we removed duplicates. Check that we preserved all substantive info: Intro, core values included in About the role paragraph? We included intro but not core values explicitly. We need to include core values somewhere.
