About the role

Leasing consultant at a new market rate luxury apartment community.

Essential Job Functions

• Leasing apartments to achieve occupancy goals.
• Providing excellent customer experience for the prospects as it relates to their interaction with the community, which includes apartment and community tours.
• Crafts market survey to understand market trends and customer needs. Fulfill and resolve customer needs.
• Ensures communication is delivered to residents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collects and processes renter information including leasing documents, income documents, credit reports and all other legal documentation necessary.
• Manages and supervises all internet advertising platforms currently used.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• 3 Years working experience in sales or office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Yardi property management software preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service experience.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
