Employment Type: Full-time, W-2

LaBonte Construction is a luxury residential general contractor specializing in high-end remodeling and new home builds. We partner with architects and designers who set the design vision, and our team delivers the craftsmanship that brings it to life. • Protect finished floors, cabinetry, fixtures, and furnishings throughout the job using proper coverings and containment
• Keep work areas clean and orderly at the end of every day, especially in occupied homes
• Plan and manage your own daily workflow to keep projects on schedule without close supervision
• Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners, designers, and other trades about progress, access, and schedule
• Coordinate sequencing with other trades so painting fits cleanly into the overall project timeline
• Identify and report surface defects, drywall issues, or other conditions that could affect the
