About the role

This position involves conducting insurance underwriting inspections by collecting data for a condition assessment, measuring dimensions of the property, taking photographs, and identifying building materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties
• Collect data for a condition assessment
• Measure dimensions of the property
• Take photographs of all sides of the structure, roof, exterior amenities, hazards, and identify building materials
• Upload all information collected onto an internet-based platform

Requirements

• Self-starter who enjoys independence
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
• Reliable vehicle for going to and from inspections
• Windows Based Computer with access to the internet
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
