Residential Install Department Manager

We are seeking a Department Manager for the Residential Install team responsible for overseeing operations of residential door installation services. Key Responsibilities Include Managing daily operations of the Residential Install department.Planning and executing schedules to meet customer commitments efficiently.Reviewing workload and staffing to ensure timely project completion within budget.Ensuring projects are completed on time, below budget, and meet customer satisfaction.Analyzing financial and operational reports to develop improvement strategies.Enhancing team performance through regular reviews and coaching.Participating in hiring, training, and employee development.Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills Required 3-5 years of management experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.Experience in a service-based industry is advantageous.Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
