Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with professionalism and care
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with teammates who share your drive to get better every day
• Stay sharp with ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check & drug screen
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• A team-first attitude and hunger to learn and grow
• Ability to commute to Tucson, AZ 85713

$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
