About the role

The Residential HVAC Technician / Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. This includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or related field
