ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Technician in Lake Mary, FL. The position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $85,000 per year, with opportunities for additional earnings. Responsibilities

• Work a full-time schedule including after-hours and weekend shifts
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Traffic and travel to residences and small businesses in the greater Orlando area
• Handle plumbing calls and ensure HVAC systems are running optimally
• Keep company tools and truck in top condition
• Tackle each job with professionalism and dedication

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a residential service technician (5+ years preferred)
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends
• Own hand tools and specialty tools related to the field
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
