About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues
- Install new HVAC systems as needed
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
