About the role

The Residential HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. This position requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools.
• Knowledgeable in various types of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Pay

Annual salary range: $50,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
