Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues in residential properties.
- Repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- A valid HVAC license is required.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including participation in on-call rotations as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds.
