Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Provide honest recommendations and solutions to customers
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer experience
• Stay current on equipment, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least one year of HVAC service experience (licensed preferred)
• Willingness to obtain NATE certification within the first year
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay

Top Pay & Earning Potential: $24-$48/hr depending on experience, top performers earning up to $175K+ annually, sign-on bonus up to $1,500
