Residential HVAC Lead Installer

About the role

The HVAC Residential Lead Mechanic serves as the HVAC installation crew leader and is responsible for supervising one or more HVAC Install Assistant(s) on job sites, completing residential HVAC replacements and new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installers and ensure quality workmanship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Work Monday - Friday, start time 7:30 am

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial HVAC installation (4+ Years HVAC Installation)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

$32 - $40 per hour
