About the role
The Residential HVAC Installer is responsible for installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes while ensuring every installation meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications and company standards. Installers run projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, job efficiency, and a positive experience for the customer.
Responsibilities
- Install heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes accurately and efficiently.
- Run installation jobs from start to finish while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Design, fabricate, and install ductwork and duct fittings as required for each system.
- Install and wire indoor and outdoor HVAC units while ensuring proper system functionality.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service that results in strong customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and ensure all work is completed safely and on time.
Requirements
- EPA Certification required, minimum EPA Type II.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC installation, including pipe installation, ductwork, and HVAC system components, or the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work safely while maintaining a strong focus on quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with HVAC codes, best practices, and industry standards.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable with a strong sense of integrity and teamwork.
Qualifications
