What You'll Be Doing
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Complete retrofit and replacement jobs in occupied homes with minimal disruption to customers
- Follow installation standards, manufacturer specifications, and company processes
- Ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites from start to finish
- Test and verify system performance after installation
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being completed
- Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field
What You Bring
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on installation skills
- Ability to work after hours, weekends, or holidays when needed
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
- Strong communication skills and professional presence in customers' homes
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay on schedule
