What You'll Be Doing

  • Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
  • Complete retrofit and replacement jobs in occupied homes with minimal disruption to customers
  • Follow installation standards, manufacturer specifications, and company processes
  • Ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites from start to finish
  • Test and verify system performance after installation
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being completed
  • Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on installation skills
  • Ability to work after hours, weekends, or holidays when needed
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence in customers' homes
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay on schedule
