Residential HVAC Install Helper

About the role

This is an entry level position to get your foot in the door with plenty room for advancement as your skills grow.

Responsibilities

- Must have strong people skills and be able to communicate well with customers and coworkers. - Needs to have Clean driving record. - Must have a working vehicle with valid Drivers License to get to and from work sites. - Must be Punctual and Reliable. - Must be able to lift 50+ lbs multiple times a day. - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. - Mon-Friday 8-5 with some Saturday and overtime shifts during busy seasons. - We provide phone reimbursement and paid training. - We have great pay based on your performance. - We have that small company feel with lots of fun activities. - We have tons of qualified leads, room to grow, opportunities for immediate advancement for the right people, sales training that will impact all aspects of your life!

Qualifications
