Contractor Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens
• Organize and maintain tidy living spaces based on client preferences
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding cleaning needs
• Follow proper safety and cleaning procedures
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times

Contractor Requirements

• Previous residential cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Valid driver’s license optional
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks preferred
• Must pass background screening and training requirements
• Contractors must provide their own cleaning equipment and supplies
• Must have a valid government-issued ID and no criminal record
