Key Responsibilities
- Service & Repair
- Perform light home-repair tasks including drywall patching, painting, caulking, basic trim work, and minor cosmetic fixes.
- Restore areas affected by plumbing or HVAC work to a clean, finished condition.
- Address small issues discovered during plumbing/HVAC service calls (e.g., loose fixtures, simple carpentry, minor leaks requiring non-licensed repair).
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a handyman, carpenter, painter, or similar home-repair role.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- Ability to identify small issues and propose practical solutions.
- Valid, clean driver’s license; ability to lift/carry standard materials and tools.
