Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions to customers
• Present and sell service options based on customer needs
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
• Complete jobs efficiently and to company standards
• Accurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience in customer-facing service roles
• Ability to present options and close sales
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience with ServiceTitan
• Preferred: Strong sales performance history

Pay & Compensation

• $85,000 – $150,000+ per year (top performers exceed this)
• $20/hour OR 15% commission (whichever is greater)
• Performance-based bonuses
• Weekly earning potential based on production

Schedule

• Full-time 8-hour shifts
• Weekend availability as needed
