Residential Fireplace Installer

The Residential Fireplace Installer is responsible for installation and troubleshooting of Hearth products while providing superior customer service to Williams dealers and residential customers. Position Responsibilities may include; Installation & troubleshooting of fireplaces Courteous and effective communication, verbal and text/email, with external customers and internal Williams staffConsistent completion of jobs/tasks in accordance with manager and/or trainer instruction regarding installation and operations processes and proceduresConfirm installation requirements by reading and understanding manuals, codes and other related materialsUtilization of electronic scheduling system using a smart phone or tabletOther jobs and responsibilities as may be assigned by Installation Services Manager; GM of Hearth Products or other senior level management.
