Residential Finish Carpenter
Essential Functions
- Expertly install trim, baseboards, crown molding, railing, and other millwork with precision and finesse.
- Construct and install custom cabinetry, built-ins, and other woodwork as needed.
- Execute punch list tasks and repairs with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project completion.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Represent the company professionally to clients during high-visibility projects.
Qualifications
- A proven track record of finish carpentry work, with 7+ years preferred.
- Mastery of tools and techniques required for fine woodwork and finishing.
- A strong general knowledge of all aspects of residential construction.
- A sharp eye for aesthetics and quality craftsmanship.
- Punctual, dependable, and consistent in your work ethic.
- Able to adapt to diverse project needs and deadlines.
- A complete set of tools.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and carry materials up to 50 LBS; heavier with assistance.
- Stand or walk for extended periods on hard surfaces.
- Bend, kneel, or crouch frequently for installation tasks.
- Climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs as needed.
- Reach overhead or outstretched for precise tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools requiring fine motor skills.
- Perform repetitive motions like sanding, drilling, and sawing.
- Read blueprints and inspect fine details with visual precision.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
- Maintain balance on uneven surfaces or tight spaces.
- Push or pull tools and materials around the worksite.
- Sustain physical activity for extended periods.

This is a full-time hourly position. Employees are eligible for regular benefits after 90 days which include:

Job Site Location
