Residential Field Superintendent

Job Overview

Anchor Mechanical is seeking a Residential Field Superintendent to oversee residential install operations and ensure every job is done right.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee residential install crews on a day-to-day basis
• Process replacement units, including duct tie-ins, minor materials, and jobsite visits
• Cook up with the sales team and customers to schedule replacement installations
• Conduct quality control inspections on completed installs
• Perform customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
• Provide field leadership, troubleshooting support, and guidance to install technicians
• Maintain clear communication across sales, operations, and customers throughout each project

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, or equivalent experience in field supervision
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices
• Proven ability to manage crews and keep projects on schedule
• Excellent problem-solving and quality control skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills with customers, sales staff, and team members
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory or superintendent role
• Familiarity with replacement scheduling and jobsite logistics
• Background working directly with sales teams on residential projects
• Relevant HVAC certifications (EPA, NATE, etc.)
