Residential Fence Installer

About the role

We are seeking independent fence contractors to support our expansion. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of residential fence installation experience with wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link products.

Responsibilities

• Provide an FEIN, general liability, commercial auto & worker's compensation insurance
• Be available to communicate with homeowners throughout the project installation
• Confirm layout at the start of work
• Communicate issues that arise during the install
• Verify customer satisfaction at the completion of installation

Requirements

• Reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented workers
• Comfortable with homeowner communication
• Available to work during the fencing season (March through October)
• Capable of handling a high volume of projects during peak months
• Willing to take on work outside of the main season
• Have daily access to a reliable work truck with all necessary tools

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential fence installation experience
• Provide references if available

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects

Pay

Rates are determined on a per project basis.

Schedule

The fencing season is predominantly March through October, but we install all year.
