Responsibilities
- Perform electrical service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation work in residential homes
- Support HVAC installation teams with equipment tie-ins and related electrical work
- Diagnose and repair electrical components, wiring, and systems
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards
- Educate homeowners on repair and upgrade options
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism on every call
Requirements
- Experience as a Residential Electrician
- Current Texas Journeyman or Wireman Electrician License
Qualifications
- Generac Generator experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay
- Up to $30/hour base pay
- Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
- Performance-based bonuses and incentive opportunities
- Earning potential of $80,000-$100,000+ per year
Schedule
- Stable, year-round workload
- Field role: work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite
- Based within driving distance of the job location
- Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home
