About the role

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented residential electricians to join our team. Our ideal candidate cares deeply about the quality of their work and the safety of the homes they serve.

Responsibilities

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Panel repairs and panel replacements
• Outlet, switch, GFCI, and lighting installations
• EV charger installations
• Generator-related electrical work
• Safety and maintenance inspections
• Code-compliant electrical upgrades
• Communicating clearly with homeowners
• Keeping work area, tools, materials, and vehicle clean and organized
• Representing Arnold Electric with professionalism inside every home

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the electrical industry or another skilled trade
• Some form of trade training, electrical schooling, apprenticeship experience, or hands-on technical training
• Residential electrical experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical ability and willingness to work with your hands
• A clean, organized, professional mindset
• A desire to grow, progress, and take on more responsibility over time
