Residential Electrical Instructor

About the role

In Charge Electrical Services is a fast-growing residential electrical subcontractor headquartered in Austin, Texas. We have 18 locations across Texas, Florida, Arizona, and South Carolina and roughly 600 employees, and we keep growing, both by opening new markets and through acquisitions. For you, that means more crews, more leadership roles, and more room to move up as your skills grow.

The Electrical Instructor trains the next generation of In Charge electricians where it counts: in the field. You will lead a training crew of 2 to 6 apprentices and work alongside them every day
