About the role
In this role, you'll be the technical backbone of our builder onboarding process — translating production homebuilder workflows and plan sets into the Higharc platform and serving as a trusted expert for both customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of builder homes into the Higharc Editor, managing task progress and gaps through to delivery
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for builder product leads, translating existing plans and documentation into Higharc-compatible settings
- Represent Higharc in technical pre-sales conversations and provide ongoing technical support to platform users
- Deliver QA/QC on the Editor product, logging bugs and surfacing issues with precision and context
- Contribute subject matter expertise as a target user, providing structured feedback that informs product direction
- Assist architecture and engineering teams in defining requirements based on field experience and builder workflows
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in residential drafting or architectural design, ideally with a production homebuilder
- Proficient in CAD/BIM software, with hands-on experience producing construction documents
- Comprehension and experience with U.S. building practices, means & methods, and building codes
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through to completion
- Subject matter expert capable of quickly establishing credibility in the domain
- Shows potential to manage a team of internal or external resources to execute implementation of homes into Higharc
- Must be based in North or South America and able to work across US-based time zones

Schedule
Our company is entirely remote, founded in 2018. We schedule regular team meet-ups in hubs across the US. If your role requires frequent travel beyond pre-scheduled team meet-ups, we will communicate that early in the interview process.
