About the role
We are seeking a Residential Director to manage several residential programs for individuals age 18 and older with behavioral health disorders in Danielle's Lighthouse, a 24/7 business unit located in Mansfield, Ohio. This position is on-site 100% of the time and will work primarily first shift but also provides coverage for other shifts at times.
The Manager is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of staff, residential coordination at local and state venues, departmental budget management, providing clinical best practices to the residents, and maintaining compliance with funding and licensing requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with a psychiatric population
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Able to work collaboratively and effectively as a team
- Able to exercise balanced judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions
- Working knowledge of computers
- Must be willing to complete and have favorable results for criminal background check, drug screening, and driving check (must have a clean driving record) if selected for the position
Qualifications
