As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) on our overnight team, you'll help individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities live safely, confidently, and as independently as possible. Schedule

  • Full-Time Overnight Position
  • 4 weeknight shifts
  • Every other weekend
  • Consistent 3rd-shift schedule
  • Additional hours available if desired

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, person-centered support
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities
  • Promote independence, choice, and self-advocacy
  • Support individuals in achieving personal goals
  • Prepare meals and assist with household tasks
  • Transport individuals to appointments and community activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication
  • Participate in paid training and team meetings
  • Help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
