• Facilitating group activities and social events
• Mentoring and guiding residents
• Monitoring resident behavior and implementing appropriate interventions
• Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a residential setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Passing a background check
