We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Why Work for Gandara: Explore the career pathways..." That's like an intro. Could be "About the role" or maybe "Job Summary". The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. Content includes: - Intro: "Why Work for Gandara: Explore the career pathways in Behavioral Health, Substance Use and Recovery, Community Based Clinical services, Adolescent and Family services, Adult Residential, Maintenance and Administration! Whether that is in an entry level or leadership role, Gandara will provide the tools and resources to better enhance your career growth. The opportunities are presented with the ability to transition your skills and experience in meeting the organizations mission. There is grand landscape of opportunities that supports the community we serve, so Join the Gándara team today!" - Benefits: "Retirement Plan 403(b) Health, Dental, Vision, Pet and Life Insurance Paid vacations Paid holidays 8 discretionary days Mileage Reimbursement" - Salary: "Hourly | 21.00" - Additional Benefits: "Career Growth Opportunities Culturally Diverse population Clinical Licensing Support" - Job Title: Residential Counselor (but we shouldn't repeat as heading) - Work Location: Greater Springfield Area - Bilingual Candidates Encouraged to Apply - EOE M/F/D/V Union/Non-Union (EEO boilerplate, we should remove) - Job Summary: description of role. - Duties and Responsibilities: list of duties. - Minimum Qualifications: list. We need to decide sections: Possibly "About the role" (intro + job summary?), "Responsibilities", "Requirements" or "Qualifications", "Benefits", "Pay". Schedule not present, so omit. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. We have: - About the role: could combine the "Why Work for Gandara" intro and the Job Summary. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: Salary info. We also have "Additional Benefits: Career Growth Opportunities Culturally Diverse population Clinical Licensing Support". Could be part of Benefits or separate "Additional Benefits". But we can combine into Benefits section. We need to avoid duplication: The Benefits listed includes Retirement Plan etc. Additional Benefits includes Career Growth Opportunities etc. We'll combine into one Benefits section with bullet list. We need to ensure we don't include EEO boilerplate. Remove lines about equal opportunity etc. Also remove "Bilingual Candidates Encouraged to Apply" maybe we can keep as a note in About the role or Requirements? It's a preference. Could be part of Requirements (prefer bilingual). We'll include in Requirements. Work Location: Greater Springfield Area. Could be part of About the role or a short paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location, bilingual encouragement, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include duplicated lines. Now format: We'll output something like:

    About the role

Whether that is in an entry level or leadership role, Gandara will provide the tools and resources to better enhance your career growth. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Let's craft final HTML. We need to ensure proper nesting. We'll output:
