Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and supervision to residents in a residential care facility.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Facilitate group and individual activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
- Monitor residents' progress and document observations in accordance with established protocols.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Previous experience in a residential counseling role. Certification in CPR and First Aid.
