Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of childcare
- Document shifts
- Oversight of physical and emotional well-being
- Support behavior intervention
- Build positive relationships
- Facilitate group activities
- Assist with medication and medical visits
- Develop individual service plans
- Participate in staff training and supervision
Qualifications & Skills
- At least six months of experience working with children with mental health diagnoses
- Knowledge of group dynamics
- Cultural sensitivity
- Strong relationship skills
- Able to work collaboratively
- Flexibility
- A sense of humor
