Residential Construction Project Manager

Position Responsibilities

• Manage residential HVAC and plumbing construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Cover with builders, homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Review blueprints, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work
• Maintain project budgets, labor utilization, job costs, and overall profitability
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality standards, and project milestones are achieved
• Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedules or budgets
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact between builders and installation teams
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Construction project management experience required
• Residential new construction experience strongly preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or related construction industry experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar construction management software preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities
