- Create pre-build shop drawings
- Pre-Con Meeting
- Project Layout
- Manage Construction
- Cold Weather Concreting
- Hot Weather Concreting
- Execute Change Orders
- Accounts Payable and Job Costing
- Labor Return Job Costing
- Manage Profitability
- At least 7 years of experience working in concrete construction
- Able to read and interpret Blueprints
- Experience with some of the following concrete phases:
- Layout
- Footings
- Cast-in-place walls
- Slab on grade
- Slab on metal deck
- Structural slabs
- Site concrete work
- Knowledge and use of proper construction safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Plan reading
- Shop drawing creation
- Scheduling
- Pricing/budgeting/negotiating
- Crew and quality management
- Job costing
- Knowledge of Spanish is desired
