Fresh Coat Painters of Iowa Colony is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Consultant to help homeowners and businesses transform their properties through premium painting and home improvement services. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with unlimited income potential for a motivated sales professional to build a substantial income while representing a nationally recognized painting brand backed by exceptional customer service and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, door-to-door outreach, community events, and business development.
- Develop strategic referral partnerships with Realtors, builders, property managers, HOA managers, insurance agents, and local businesses.
- Attend networking events and represent Fresh Coat Painters professionally within the community.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct sales consultations with residential and commercial prospects, understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Present estimates professionally while communicating the value of our services.
- Follow up consistently until projects are awarded.
- Close sales by negotiating professionally while maintaining company standards.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven success in outside sales and closing deals.
- Home improvement or construction-related sales experience strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable prospecting and generating your own business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Pay
