Fresh Start – The Moving Crew, Inc. is hiring Project Team Members to support relocation work for businesses, medical facilities, campuses, and high-end residential clients across Central Massachusetts. This is steady, team-based work — not day labor. We operate with daily job plans, defined roles, the right equipment, and clear leadership, and we promote from within.

Responsibilities

• Work from a plan, with trained team members, using the right tools and finishing projects the right way.
• Gain experience in commercial and facility environments.
• Coordinated team operations.
• Professional equipment handling.
• Safety and jobsite procedures.

• Promote from within into Field Team Leader – manage job flow on site.
• Commercial Truck Operator – DOT track and equipment responsibility.
• Project Lead – Commercial Moves.
