Residential Comfort Advisor

Aspire Heating & Cooling in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a full-time Residential Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners who have already requested our services. This role offers company-provided leads with no cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door sales required.

About The Role

As a Residential Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend equipment and comfort solutions tailored to their home and budget. Every appointment is generated by Aspire Heating & Cooling, allowing you to focus on building relationships and helping customers make confident purchasing decisions. You'll serve as the customer's trusted advisor from the initial consultation through project handoff, working closely with our installation team to ensure an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate existing HVAC systems, discuss comfort concerns, and perform in-home consultations.
• Recommend heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions based on each customer's goals, home, and budget.
• Present financing options, explain product features and energy-saving benefits, prepare proposals, and guide customers through the decision-making process using a consultative approach.
• Maintain accurate customer records, follow up on open proposals, and coordinate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed smoothly and professionally.

Requirements

We're seeking motivated sales professionals who excel at building relationships, communicating value, and helping customers make informed decisions. Previous experience selling HVAC systems is preferred, but candidates with successful backgrounds in roofing, windows, remodeling, solar, plumbing, home improvement, or other in-home consultative sales environments are encouraged to apply.
