Residential Climate Control Service Mechanic

Bolls Heating & Cooling is a family-owned business that has been serving Hoosier homes and businesses since 1948. We are part of the Ace Hardware Home Services Company and provide reliable furnace and air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through precise, timely service and strong communication.
• Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems including traditional forced-air, steam, hot-water, oil units, high-velocity air distribution, geothermal loops, and ductless mini-splits.
• Adhere to AHHS service procedures and maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan.
• Coach junior technicians and ensure adherence to best practices and building codes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Strong command of HVAC best practices and building codes.
• Proficiency in all core HVAC functions.
• Valid driver’s license.
