Residential Canvasser - Full-Time

We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate responsible for generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in designated areas. Key duties include recording accurate customer and market data, utilizing company mapping and business applications, and representing the organization professionally in proper uniform with required permits. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent (or 2 years of experience), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily. Strong verbal communication, goal orientation, and self-motivation are essential. Responsibilities also involve mastering the company’s methodology and product offerings, providing feedback to improve the program, and attending meetings. The role demands professionalism, neat appearance, and physical stamina to effectively canvass assigned territories. Compensation includes a base pay with uncapped incentives and monthly driving incentives.
