Essential/Primary Duties
- Schedule employee hours based on coverage needs.
- Monitor and correct any errors in staff time sheets.
- Approve and confirm staff timesheet hours.
- Coordinate clients' transportation, outings, and events logistics.
- Ensure staff compliance with behavior, job duties, and policies.
- Maintain Epitomax hourly documentation.
Client Specific Tasks
- Complete client orientation and house rules.
- Monitor and confiscate electronics if house rules are not followed.
- Audit chore lists and apply consequences.
- Redirect clients and staff for non-compliance.
- Respond to client messages and relay information to the Residential Program Manager.
Assistant Specific Tasks
- Learn and become familiar with Wisconsin State Community Based-Residential Facilities, Chapter DHS 83.
- Complete monthly fire drills.
- Conduct weekly audits of the Safety Binder.
- Order and distribute cleaning supplies.
- Submit maintenance reports and ensure follow-up.
- Ensure necessary supplies and online tools are accessible.
- Address staff concerns and suggest improvements.
- Inform the supervisor about pertinent issues.
- Sort and categorize incoming donations.
- Evaluate potential suppliers.
Documentation/Reports
- Complete monthly fire drills.
- Plan and lead training sessions.
- Organize and maintain logs and files.
Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of the program and vehicles.
- Submit maintenance requests and ensure follow-up.
- Ensure preventative maintenance of the program/vehicles.
- Report and address maintenance issues.
- Prepare and maintain facility reports and inspections.
- Manage sprinkler system and fire safety/alarm elevators.
- Report monthly drills and inspections.
